Incredibly impressed with Greg’s compositions and how they so accurately complimented the food. “Dusk at Plum Orchard” and the consommé was a beautiful pairing. I really felt like I was able to just close my eyes, and when opened I would be in an orchard. All the musicians were amazing! Thank you for putting all of this together!"
